By using Kusaza (kusaza.online and related application flows) you agree to these terms.
Service
Kusaza is provided by Falcon Industries to facilitate programme discovery and applications. Programme offers, funding, and accreditation decisions are made by the relevant parties (employer, SDP, funder, merSETA/QCTO) — not automatically by this software.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and only upload documents you are entitled to share. False or fraudulent applications may be rejected and reported where required.
Documents
Uploaded files must match the checklist and certified-copy attestation you confirm. Malware and prohibited content will be rejected where scanning is enabled.
Availability
We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may apply.
Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, Falcon Industries is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
