Common questions about programmes and applications on Kusaza.
Who can apply?
Anyone who meets the eligibility criteria on a published programme page. Requirements differ by programme (qualification, location, age, and documents).
Do I need an account?
Yes. Starting an application creates a learner account so you can upload documents and track status. Use a real email you can access.
What documents do I need?
Each programme has its own checklist (for example ID, CV, certificates). Certified-copy attestation and POPIA consent are required before you submit.
How do I know my application was received?
After you submit, the status moves from Draft to Submitted. You will also receive email updates when staff change your application status (when email is configured).
Is Kusaza a SETA?
No. Kusaza is a facilitation platform owned by Falcon Industries. merSETA and QCTO remain the accreditation authorities.
How is my personal information protected?
We process personal information under POPIA. See the Privacy policy for purposes, retention, and your rights. Document access is restricted to authorised roles.
